Where do I put my bin?

Leave the bin in the same place you leave it for the council, make sure it doesnt cause any obstructions and is easily accessible for the driver

What time will my bin be emptied?

Between 7am & 7pm. We plan our routes so we arent passing anyone so it really just depends where you are on the list

What cant go in my bin?

We will not lift any bins with concrete, soil, sand, bricks, rubble, stones, plaster, plasterboard, cement or ceramics. We will also not lift any bins containing hazardous waste or anything hot or combustible that could cause a fire

If i leave bin bags sitting outside, will you take them?

No, we charge £2 per bin bag. We will only take these if it is agreed prior to uplift.

Will you empty recycling bins?

We will empty your recycling bins if they are contaminated and the council wont lift them. This gives you a fresh start to the recycling again

How do I sign up?

You can sign up by using our website, calling us, send a message via Facebook or send us an email.

How long will my services last for?

Once you sign up, we will just continue to empty the bin unless you tell us not to. To cancel just email us on [email protected] or call us on 01698 299840

What if I require an extra uplift some weeks?

Just contact us directly to let us know and we will try and help.

Im not able to pull my bin out for you is this an issue?

No, anyone with any disabilities/elderly that isn’t able to pull the bin out we will do it for them and put it back where we found it. Just let us know in advance.

When do I need to pay for my uplift?

If you haven’t setup recurring payments, payment will need to be made on the day either via bank transfer or cash to our drivers.
