PLEASE NOTE: THE DIRECT DEBIT DATE IS NOT YOUR BIN COLLECTION DATE. BINS WILL BE COLLECTED ON THE SCHEDULE AT THE BOTTOM ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
We uplift your bins on the weeks the council doesn’t. So if your council uplift is this week we will be there the next. Leave your bin at the side of the road as normal.
Depending on where you live we will be uplifting your bins according to our schedules:
Every 2 weeks
2 Uplifts every 3 weeks
If you have purchased a one off uplift we will be with you as soon as possible
Should you need to cancel our service at any time you can simply contact us at any time or cancel your direct debit via your bank account.
